Nox Cookie Bar  

Nox Cookie Bar is a day, night, and late-night Dessert Destination. We make our own cookies and desserts onsite and also have Marianne's ice cream and provide them to our customers through our retail store, through delivery partners, and we deliver directly to our corporate accounts and wholesale partners. Nox Cookie Bar is over 5 years old and the downtown San Jose retail store is open every day at 11:30am and closes at midnight Sun-Wed and 1:00am Thur-Sat.

Nox Cookie Bar is looking for a part-time Baker/Cashier, about 20-30 hours per week, for the night and weekend shifts. You will be cross-trained to work in both the kitchen making and baking cookies and desserts, and also up front as a cashier serving customers and packaging orders.

* Ability to measure, weigh, and follow written recipe instructions
* Ability to lift and move 30 pounds
* Ability to speak and write fluent English
* Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic, interrupt driven environment
* Pleasant and friendly communication style

Previous experience in the food industry as a cashier or working in the kitchen is highly desirable. An outgoing personality and analytical mind are also highly desirable

$15.45/hour - $16.50/hour  

20-30 hrs/week. Must be able to work some nights and weekends  

Downtown San Jose

Candidate must be able to work weekends and late nights. The store closes at midnight Sun-Wed and 1:00am Thur-Sat.
