We are a job shop for CNC Machined parts, who have been machining in the silicon valley since 1993. We are a small machine shop with around a dozen employees and provide opportunities for both experienced and novice employees in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Setup vertical, horizontal, or lathe CNC machine(s): (Haas, Maazak, 5 Axis, Niigata)
- Inspect own parts following in-process inspection requirements with hand tools (calipers, micrometer, drop gauge, pin gauge, height gage, indicator)
- Follow through on required paperwork (job travelers, in-process inspection, red tags)
- Communicate issues with dimensions to upper level supervisors and/or QC inspector (prevent non-conformance from re-occurring)
- Work independently

- 1-2+ year(s) of CNC experience
- GD&T blueprint reading
- Knowledge of G Codes, Fanuc Controls, difference between CNC tools
- Use program and tool list to setup CNC independently

$20-$35/hr
