Job Duties
We have an immediate opening for a Deburr Technician to deburr and finish machined parts.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deburring, Finishing, Sanding of machined parts
- Operate tumblers, Orbital Sanders, Vibratory Sanders
- Work with deburr knives, sandpaper, scotchbrite
- Monitor part quality via shop floor inspection methods
- Work with production team to identify opportunities for improvement
- Keep workspace clean and organized
- Perform related tasks to ensure smooth shop operation
Accountable for:
- Document job progress daily via shop traveler and online log in via Visual Jobshop
- Inspect parts per in process inspection sheet, operator experience and discussions with Quality Control
- Identify scrap, deviations with root cause
- Submit 1st piece parts to Quality Control and/or Deburr Lead for approval

Job Requirements
Education, Experience & Capabilities:
- Minimum 1 year experience with deburr and/or in machine shop environment
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organized worker with attention to quality.
Follow all COVID-19 protocols and procedures as necessary
Fully Vaccinated by 1st day of work (2 weeks after final dose)

Compensation
$18-$22 per hour plus benefits
