Job Duties
Responds to customer requests, via company contracts, for repair of equipment using revision controlled documented processes. Also performs scheduled maintenance of equipment to documented standards and to the satisfaction of specified parameters.
Will perform inspection for problem resolution of all operating parts to ensure proper operation within expected tolerances.
Able to determine tools and equipment required to perform scope of job.
Performs routine maintenance on equipment and assists in developing specifications and procedures , as well as, establishing preventative maintenance schedules with customer.
Uses enhanced troubleshooting skills to resolve electro-mechanical equipment issues.
Create, review and update technical documentation.
Acts as an escalation point for resolution of technical issues. Provides technical and product support.
Troubleshoots and analyzes problems and work flow processes. Resolves immediate issues and can collaborate on root-cause-analyses to implement changes to prevent future problems.
Make recommendations for improving the reliability, and performance of our equipment.
Documents all installations, inspections, and repair work, in accordance with documented contracultural requirements.

Job Requirements
An associate degree, or higher level with vocational/technical training, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical field service.
Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Software configuration experience.
Intermediate level computer skills (including MS applications).
Strong written and verbal communication and team skills.
Flexibility to handle multiple, changing priorities.
May require travel with short notice. Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as required.

Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
