Job Duties
The company operates two packing lines and two robots in the packaging process. The packing machines are used to fill, seal, lid, and date code the product in small and large cups. The robots are used in case packing and palletizing.
The duties and responsibilities include:
- Assemble the packing machines after checking the parts for cleanliness.
- Mix the product thoroughly and feed the filler
- Ensure compressed air is connected and pressure is adjusted as needed
- Edit the date coding machine and input the correct expiration date
- Do a couple of trial lines to set the correct filling level
- During production, check the product weight and ensure that the standards are maintained.
- Continuously feed the machine with batter, cups and lids so that the filling process is completed efficiently.
- Check the robots are working correctly and if necessary, carry out minor adjustments.
- Finish the packaging on a daily basis so that food products are not wasted.
- At the end of operations, dismantle, clean, and sanitize all components.

Job Requirements
-Experience in the operation of filler, sealer machines
-Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot machines.
- Knowledge / experience in working with robots
- Willing to learn and adopt new technology
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Supervise a team of two or more
- Work in a cooperative manner and prioritize product packaging so that delivery schedules are kept.

Skills/Experience Preferred
Technical trade/certification preferred but not essential
Compensation
$18 to $20 per hour plus a quarterly performance bonus of $1500 per quarter
