Mountz, Inc is seeking an experienced Global Quality Manager to elevate quality-minded culture, drive compliance and promote continuous improvement at all locations of the company. He/She will work with the management team to ingrain quality into all we do and channel that passion into implementing process improvements to create a best-in-class organization.
Leading a culture where “good is not good enough”, especially when it comes to the safety of employees, customers and their products that are built using our fastening solutions is a vital role for this position. In addition to maintaining our ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 accreditations, another key outcome for this role is his/her contribution to expanding our brand-awareness among suppliers, customers and end users that Mountz is synonymous with accuracy, precision, reliability and above all else, safety.
The successful candidate will be the primary lead auditor and is responsible for managing our CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) system and creating and monitoring key performance indices that allow employees to see the impact of quality improvements.

Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, combined with 5-7 years of related experience in implementing quality control programs in an industrial environment
- proven leadership of cross-functional teams to drive process improvement throughout the entire company
- experience working with Asian and European companies
- strong analytical skills including knowledge of AQL-based inspection methods, statistical process controls, ANOVA
- ISO Lead Auditor certification

Compensation
$100,000 - $110,000
