JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Production Employee is responsible executing the orders their supervisors have communicated to them.
- The Production Employee is self directed based on instructions received from the printed Work Tickets accompanying the parts.
- The Production Employee is also responsible for conforming to all the company quality system procedures as documented in our ISO system.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly responsible for executing departmental procedures.
- Directly responsible for implementing the daily schedule as prioritized by your lead/ supervisor.
- Directly responsible for contributing to the betterment of our services.
- Responsible for paperwork sign offs and data entry which documents the required processes for anodizing aluminum.
- Directly responsible for reading and understanding the information in the work order before beginning the work.
- Engages in various duties as assigned from time to time.
- OT when needed (including occasional weekends and/or nights)

- Acetone – Handling Acetone used as a solvent to clean parts as necessary.
- Primary hazard is flammability.

- Micro Shield Liquid Masking
- Primary hazard is flammability.

- Otherwise no duties in handling hazardous materials or waste, unless otherwise trained. Currently there are no hourly employees trained to handle hazardous materials or waste.
