The Senior Manager, Inventory Operations manages the inventory function to effectively anticipate and meet the needs of the service and repair organization.
Job Duties
* Assure spare parts inventory is sufficient to accomplish repairs while staying within corporate inventory guidelines.
* Ensure department works collaboratively with other departments by providing parts on time in order to meet customer demand.
* Create and/or review budgets for all areas of responsibility.
* Create and/or review Standard Operating Procedures for all areas.
* Create and/or review all processes (systematic and physical) to support required tasks.
* Create and or review all reporting to support required processes.
* Maintain Service System and CRM database and resolve high level discrepancies.
* Monitor inventory levels and approve all purchases.
* Monitor all Key Performance Indicators and provide direction on recourses required to meet goals.
* Manages San Jose supply chain warehouse.
* Mentor and develop team through development planning and performance management.
* Perform all other Essential Duties as directed.

Job Requirements
* Bachelors Degree required.
* Minimum 5 years in Warehouse or Inventory managerial role.
* Minimum 5 years in Warehouse or Inventory managerial role.
Skills/Experience Preferred
* Very strong analytical skills, especially in Excel.
* Ability to communicate clearly with all levels and all functions.
* Ability to understand the broad operational picture.
* Ability to lead and manage direct reports and functional areas of the business.
* Demonstrated effective project management skills.
